Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss cucumbers and radishes in a salad bowl.
- Make vinaigrette with cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Add chopped dill to vinaigrette, toss.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss gently and serve.
