Cucumber and radish salad with fresh dill

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced ​​(about 4 cups)
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss cucumbers and radishes in a salad bowl.
  2. Make vinaigrette with cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Add chopped dill to vinaigrette, toss.
  4. Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss gently and serve.
