Ingredients
- 100 g baby greens (about 4 cups)
- 200 g strawberries, hulled and sliced (approx. 1 1/2 cups)
- 50 g (approx. 1/2 cup) walnuts, toasted
For the vinaigrette
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) balsamic vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine baby greens, sliced strawberries and walnuts in a salad bowl.
- Prepare vinaigrette by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, toss and serve immediately.
