Salad with baby greens, strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette

Salade de jeunes pousses, fraises et vinaigrette balsamique

Ingredients

  • 100 g baby greens (about 4 cups)
  • 200 g strawberries, hulled and sliced (approx. 1 1/2 cups)
  • 50 g (approx. 1/2 cup) walnuts, toasted

For the vinaigrette

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) balsamic vinegar
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine baby greens, sliced strawberries and walnuts in a salad bowl.
  2. Prepare vinaigrette by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, toss and serve immediately.
