Ingredients
- 4 onions, cut into 8 pieces
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 3 Québec chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 250 ml (1 cup) dry white wine
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) sugar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) SambalOelek hot sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh ginger, grated
- 1 broccoli, grated
- 4 portions rice noodles, cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté the onions in the fat of your choice for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add the chicken and sauté for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the white wine, sugar, soy sauce and Sambal Oelek and reduce by half. Add pepper and broccoli, and mix well.
- Serve with rice noodles.
