Ingredients
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) coconut milk
- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 250 ml (1 cup) condensed milk
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) rum or coconut rum
- 1 lime, zest
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch salt
- Qs grilled pineapple slices
Preparation
- Whisk together coconut milk, water, condensed milk, rum, lime zest, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Use an ice-cream maker to make sorbet.
- Otherwise, freeze for 30 minutes, whisk, return to the freezer for 30 minutes, whisk again, freeze for 1 hour, then whisk one last time before returning to the freezer.
- Serve with pineapple slices.
