Beetroot, Orange and Feta Salad

Salade de betteraves, oranges et feta

Ingredients

  • 4 medium beets, cooked and quartered
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 100 g (about 1/2 cup) feta, crumbled

For the dressing

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange the beets, orange slices and feta in a salad bowl.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss gently and serve.
