DELIVERY POLICY

Our order processing policy ensures that your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, subject to availability. Thereafter, normal Canada Post delivery times apply.

1. Delivery

a) Standard shipping (Expedited Parcel)
Local: 3 to 5 business days
Regional: 3 to 5 business days
National: 4 to 9 business days

b) Xpresspost
Local: 2 to 4 working days
Regional: 2 to 4 working days
National: 2 to 4 working days

The above delivery times apply to an item that is in stock at the time of ordering or as soon as it becomes available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by e-mail of the shipping date, the name of the carrier and the date your package will be delivered.
Sales taxes may apply to your order, depending on where you live.

2. Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all purchases of 74$ or more (excluding taxes).

Applies only to the following provinces:

  • Quebec
  • Ontario

3. In-store pickup

If you have chosen in-store pickup, you will receive a pickup notice by email or phone confirming when your order is ready and your items are ready for pickup. This notification will be sent as soon as possible.

To prevent fraud and protect you from identity theft or other misuse of our products and services, in order to pick up your order in store you must present acceptable identification. The ID must include a photo, be the original document, be valid and have been issued by the government.

Examples include

  • Canadian or foreign passport
  • Driver's license (Canadian or foreign)
  • Provincial or territorial identification card
  • Medicare card with photo (if permitted)
  • Permanent resident card
  • Canadian Forces identification card
  • Certificate of Indian Status (status card)

4. remote regions

Please note that for remote areas of the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick, we reserve the right to apply additional charges, change or cancel your order at any time. We will contact you before sending the items.

5. Delivery to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, please note that customs duties, import taxes or any other additional charges imposed by the US authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are independent of the delivery costs invoiced at the time of your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out about any obligations before finalizing your purchase.
