Refund policy

For sanitary and quality reasons, no refund or exchange will be possible if the item has been opened or used.

Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may, for any reason, return an item to La Guilde Culinaire, subject to the following conditions, and obtain a full refund (we will also reimburse reasonable shipping costs, if the return is the result of an error on our part):

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • No used items will be refunded.

Only items purchased on jonathangarnier.com can be returned and refunded. We do not make exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Items returned more than 15 days after receipt, items that are not in stock or are incomplete will be subject to a return fee, at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. For exchanges 30 days after the transaction, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will confirm your refund by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. You will receive your refund according to the method of payment used for the original purchase, within 7 to 14 working days of receipt of the returned item. If the return is not the result of an error on our part, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund. Please note that La Guilde Culinaire does not assume the return shipping costs when you decide to return an item. The choice of return delivery service is at your discretion. However, we encourage the use of regular ground service. This service minimizes delivery costs and, above all, the risk of customs fees and taxes. Be sure to include insurance and a tracking number with the service you choose. If the post office damages or loses the parcel, you can claim compensation from them. Please note that you are responsible for the item you are returning until it reaches our warehouse. Always include your personal comments in the package, specifying whether it is an exchange, refund, in cases where our return policy applies, or repair. Occasionally, we recommend that you track the package to ensure that the return goes smoothly. We usually process your return within 24-48 hours of the package's arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the package has been delivered before contacting us for a refund, exchange or repair.

CORRECTION OF PRINTING ERRORS OR MISTAKES

We make every effort to avoid errors. The way we correct errors varies according to the type of error. For example, if a product description is incorrect, we will correct it.

In general, you should be aware that the price and availability of a product may change without notice. When an error is found, we correct it. La Guilde Culinaire reserves the right to cancel an offer and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, La Guilde Culinaire will reimburse you by crediting your credit card for the amount charged. It is the bank's own rules that stipulate when your account will be credited with this amount.
