Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
  • 4 corn or wheat tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) sour cream
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Tex Mex mix
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the fresh salmon cubes from the tube with olive oil, tex mex mix, shallot, garlic and a little salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven until lightly browned.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  4. On each tortilla, spread a little lemon cream, add a handful of sliced ​​red cabbage, sliced ​​avocado, and diced tomato.
  5. Then place the marinated salmon cubes and a few pieces of smoked salmon from the tube.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
