Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 4 corn or wheat tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sour cream
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Tex Mex mix
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the fresh salmon cubes from the tube with olive oil, tex mex mix, shallot, garlic and a little salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven until lightly browned.
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- On each tortilla, spread a little lemon cream, add a handful of sliced red cabbage, sliced avocado, and diced tomato.
- Then place the marinated salmon cubes and a few pieces of smoked salmon from the tube.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
