Ingredients
- 130 g fresh tuna, finely diced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) pineapple, finely diced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sweet pepper, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) coriander, finely chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the tuna: Place the tuna cubes in a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl with the tuna, add the pineapple, sweet pepper, lime juice, coriander and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the tuna tartare very fresh, accompanied by corn chips for a crunchy texture. You can also present it with a romaine lettuce salad for a touch of freshness.
