Ingredients
- 130 g fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) avocado, cut into small cubes
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the tuna: Place the tuna cubes in a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the tuna, add the avocado, lime juice, wasabi, coriander and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the tuna tartare very fresh, accompanied by tortilla chips for a crunchy texture. You can also serve it with a cucumber salad for a touch of freshness.
