Ingredients
- 130 g fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) rehydrated wakame seaweed
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame seeds
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the tuna: Place the tuna cubes in a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the tuna, add the wakame seaweed, sesame seeds, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the tuna tartare very fresh, accompanied by rice paper chips for a crunchy texture. You can also present it with a cucumber salad for a touch of freshness.
