Ingredients
- 4 Gusta Classic Veggie Patties
- 4 burger buns
- 250 ml (1 cup) mango, finely diced
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Sriracha sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Cajun seasoning
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 125 ml (1 cup) crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Sriracha and half of the diced mango.
- Set aside the remaining mango for assembling the burgers.
- Lightly brush the veggie patties with olive oil, then coat them with Cajun seasoning.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until they are hot through and lightly charred.
- Meanwhile, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill.
- Spread the mango and sriracha mayonnaise on the buns.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices, the Cajun patties, the remaining mango, and the crispy fried onions.
- Assemble the burgers and serve immediately.
