Ingredients
- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- ½ cup (125 ml) sweetened coconut cream
- Juice of 3 limes
- Zest of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ cup (30 g) shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, lime juice and zest, maple syrup, and salt.
- Divide the shredded coconut among the popsicle molds.
- Pour the mixture into the molds.
- Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Briefly run the molds under warm water to make it easier to remove the popsicles.
