Coconut and Lime Popsicles

Popsicles coco et lime

Servings: 8 popsicles

Freezing time: 6 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • ½ cup (125 ml) sweetened coconut cream
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup (30 g) shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, coconut cream, lime juice and zest, maple syrup, and salt.
  2. Divide the shredded coconut among the popsicle molds.
  3. Pour the mixture into the molds.
  4. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  5. Briefly run the molds under warm water to make it easier to remove the popsicles.
