For the cake recipe:
Cupcake
- 200 gr (7 oz) unsalted butter
 - 200 gr (7 oz) sugar
 - 200 gr (7 oz) flour
 - 4 eggs
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 10 ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder
 
- -> take recipe for Four/Quart
 - If necessary, add some of the following ingredients (muffin batter in a boiler)
 
ROYAL ICING
- 1 egg, white
 - 250 gr (9 oz) powdered sugar
 - 1/2 lemon, juice
 
- In a bowl, mix egg white, powdered sugar and lemon juice until dense, homogeneous and smooth.
 - If the consistency is too liquid, add a little more powdered sugar.
 
THE CREAM
- 250 g (9 oz) cream cheese
 - 125 ml (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
 - 1 lemon, zest
 
- In a bowl, using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon zest until smooth and homogeneous.
 - Use as required: various-colored rolling fondant, white rolling fondant, coloring agents, cake boxes, paper cases.
