Ingredients
- 2 red dragon fruits, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup
- 3 cups (750 ml) cold water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- A few lemon slices and dragon fruit pieces, for garnish
Preparation
- Place the dragon fruit, lemon juice, and maple syrup in the blender jar.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a large pitcher, add the cold water, and stir.
- Taste and adjust with a little maple syrup or lemon juice, if needed.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes, pour in the lemonade, and garnish with a few lemon slices and dragon fruit pieces.
- Serve well chilled.
