Coconut Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini à la noix de coco

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) vodka
  • ½ cup (125 ml) coffee liqueur
  • ½ cup (125 ml) sweetened coconut cream
  • 1 cup (250 ml) espresso, cooled
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, coconut cream, and espresso.
  2. Fill the shaker generously with ice cubes.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds to chill the cocktail and create a nice foam.
  4. Strain and divide among 4 chilled martini glasses.
  5. Garnish with a little shredded coconut and serve immediately.
