Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) vodka
- ½ cup (125 ml) coffee liqueur
- ½ cup (125 ml) sweetened coconut cream
- 1 cup (250 ml) espresso, cooled
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
- In a shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, coconut cream, and espresso.
- Fill the shaker generously with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds to chill the cocktail and create a nice foam.
- Strain and divide among 4 chilled martini glasses.
- Garnish with a little shredded coconut and serve immediately.
