Key lime pie overnight oats

Gruau froid style tarte à la lime

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) rolled oats
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain yogurt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chia seeds
  • 2 limes for juice and zest
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) crumbled graham crackers
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, milk, sugar, chia seeds, lime juice and zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, then divide between two jars or bowls.
  2. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle the crumbled graham crackers on top to keep them crispy.
