Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) rolled oats
- 250 ml (1 cup) plain yogurt
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) chia seeds
- 2 limes for juice and zest
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) crumbled graham crackers
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, milk, sugar, chia seeds, lime juice and zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, then divide between two jars or bowls.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the crumbled graham crackers on top to keep them crispy.
