Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup
- ½ jalapeño, seeded and cut into pieces
- 3 cups (750 ml) cold water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- A few slices of mango and jalapeño rings, for garnish
Preparation
- Place the mangoes, lemon juice, maple syrup, and jalapeño in the blender jar.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a large pitcher, add the cold water, and stir.
- Taste and adjust the amount of maple syrup or jalapeño, if needed.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes, pour in the lemonade, and garnish with a few slices of mango and jalapeño rings.
- Serve very cold.
