Mango and Jalapeño Lemonade

Limonade mangue et jalapeño

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded and cut into pieces
  • 3 cups (750 ml) cold water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • A few slices of mango and jalapeño rings, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Place the mangoes, lemon juice, maple syrup, and jalapeño in the blender jar.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour into a large pitcher, add the cold water, and stir.
  4. Taste and adjust the amount of maple syrup or jalapeño, if needed.
  5. Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes, pour in the lemonade, and garnish with a few slices of mango and jalapeño rings.
  6. Serve very cold.
