Mango and Passion Fruit Frozen Yogurt

Yogourt glacé mangue et fruit de la passion

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 4 passion fruits
  • 2 cups (500 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place the mangoes, the pulp from 3 passion fruits, the Greek yogurt, the maple syrup, the lime juice, and the salt in the blender jar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into an airtight container.
  4. Spoon the pulp from the remaining passion fruit over the mixture and stir gently to create a marbled effect.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
