Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 4 passion fruits
- 2 cups (500 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place the mangoes, the pulp from 3 passion fruits, the Greek yogurt, the maple syrup, the lime juice, and the salt in the blender jar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into an airtight container.
- Spoon the pulp from the remaining passion fruit over the mixture and stir gently to create a marbled effect.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
