Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 500 ml (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) cooled espresso or very strong coffee
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) toasted walnuts
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- Ice as needed

Preparation
- Place the bananas, ice cream, milk, coffee, walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into two large glasses and top with whipped cream, small cubes of toasted banana bread, and a light drizzle of caramel.
