Mini pan pizza dessert

Yield: 6 to 8 mini pizzas
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 balls of pizza dough (Classic)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) caramel sauce
  • 250 ml (1 cup) chocolate chips
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) mini marshmallows
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) crushed pecans or hazelnuts (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) with the rack in the middle.
  2. Lightly grease the muffin tins.
  3. Divide each pizza dough into 3 to 4 pieces and place one portion of dough in the bottom of each cavity, flattening it to cover the bottom.
  4. Spread the caramel sauce, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts on top, if desired.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the chocolate has melted and the bottom of the dough is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
