Ingredients
- 2 balls of pizza dough (Classic)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil or melted butter
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) caramel sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) chocolate chips
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mini marshmallows
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) crushed pecans or hazelnuts (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) with the rack in the middle.
- Lightly grease the muffin tins.
- Divide each pizza dough into 3 to 4 pieces and place one portion of dough in the bottom of each cavity, flattening it to cover the bottom.
- Spread the caramel sauce, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts on top, if desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the chocolate has melted and the bottom of the dough is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
