OATMEAL AND NUTELLA MUFFINS
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 18 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) Nutella
 - 2 eggs
 - 125 ml (1/2 cup) brown sugar
 - 125 ml (1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt
 - 1 orange, zested
 - 375 ml (1 ½ cups) rolled oats
 - 10 ml (2 tsp.) baking powder
 - 5 ml (1 tsp.) baking soda
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 500 ml (2 cups) flour
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
 - In a bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar and Greek yogurt until smooth.
 - Stir in orange zest, Nutella, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.
 - Divide mixture between muffin tins lined with muffin paper and bake for 18 minutes.
 - Cool before serving.
