Buffalo Ranch Nachos with Bacon

Nachos buffalo ranch au bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (300 g) of corn chips
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) of salsa
  • 200 g (2 cups) of shredded marbled cheese
  • 6 to 8 slices of pre-cooked bacon, cut
  • 150 g (1 cup) drained corn
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 80 ml (5 tbsp) ranch dressing
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) buffalo sauce


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the corn chips in a single, even layer (avoid stacking them).
  4. Spread the salsa over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly to cover well, then top with the bacon.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven, top with corn, and drizzle with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
  8. Add the green onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
