Ingredients
- 1 bag (300 g) of corn chips
- 180 ml (¾ cup) of salsa
- 200 g (2 cups) of shredded marbled cheese
- 6 to 8 slices of pre-cooked bacon, cut
- 150 g (1 cup) drained corn
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 80 ml (5 tbsp) ranch dressing
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) buffalo sauce
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the corn chips in a single, even layer (avoid stacking them).
- Spread the salsa over the chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly to cover well, then top with the bacon.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, top with corn, and drizzle with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce.
- Add the green onions.
- Serve immediately.
