GINGERBREAD AND FRESH GOAT CHEESE DOME, FIG JAM
Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 20 minutes - Freezing time : 3 hours
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) fresh goat's cheese
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) white balsamic vinegar
- 4 red peppers, roasted, brunoise style
- 8 slices gingerbread
- qs fig jam
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 silicone mold, in half-spheres
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine fresh goat's cheese, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
- Fill the silicone mold with the prepared mixture and set aside in the freezer for 3 hours.
- In a bowl, season roasted peppers with salt and pepper.
- Cut the gingerbread slices into disks the size of the half-spheres in the mold.
- Using a spoon, lightly scoop out the roasted peppers from the inside of each goat's cheese half-sphere.
- On each gingerbread disc, place an unmolded half-sphere and decorate to taste.
