Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup (250 ml) pink grapefruit juice
- ¾ cup (180 ml) tequila
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 cup (250 ml) grapefruit soda
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Fine salt, for the rims of the glasses (optional)
- Lime wedges and grapefruit slices, for garnish
Preparation
- Place the mango, pink grapefruit juice, tequila, and lime juice in the blender jar. Blend until smooth.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes.
- Divide the mixture among the glasses.
- Top each glass with grapefruit soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or a grapefruit slice and serve immediately.
