Grapefruit and Mango Paloma

Paloma pamplemousse et mangue

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup (250 ml) pink grapefruit juice
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) tequila
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grapefruit soda
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Fine salt, for the rims of the glasses (optional)
  • Lime wedges and grapefruit slices, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Place the mango, pink grapefruit juice, tequila, and lime juice in the blender jar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes.
  3. Divide the mixture among the glasses.
  4. Top each glass with grapefruit soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or a grapefruit slice and serve immediately.
