Ingredients
- 1 ball of JG pizza dough
- 60 ml (¼ cup) melted butter
- 200 ml (¾ cup) milk or dark chocolate chips, or 4 bars of baking chocolate
- 250 ml (1 cup) mini marshmallows
- 125 ml (½ cup) crumbled graham crackers
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 550°F or the pizza oven to about 700°F.
- Divide the pizza dough into four portions and roll them out into oval shapes to form small flatbreads.
- Lightly brush the surface with melted butter.
- Place a row of chocolate chips or a baker’s chocolate bar in the center of each dough piece.
- Add the mini marshmallows and sprinkle generously with crumbled graham crackers.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven or 3 to 4 minutes in the pizza oven, until the dough is golden brown, the chocolate is melted, and the marshmallows are lightly toasted.
- Let rest for 1 minute before serving to ensure the melted chocolate isn’t too hot.
- Serve as is or with a light drizzle of melted chocolate for an extra indulgent treat.
