Smoked meat pizza

Pizza smoked meat

Serves: 1 to 2
Preparation: 15 minutes
Baking: 3 to 5 minutes in a pizza oven or 10 to 15 minutes in a conventional oven

Ingredients

Toppings

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) yellow mustard
  • 250 ml (1 cup) smoked meat, coarsely chopped
  • 4 slices of processed burger cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) pickled cabbage
  • 250 ml (1 cup) crispy French fries
  • 1 large dill pickle, quartered
  • Pepper to taste


Preparation

  1. Remove the JG pizza dough from the refrigerator after it has rested for 24 hours and let it come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours on the counter.
  2. Roll out the dough into a disc.
  3. Spread the yellow mustard generously over the entire surface, leaving a small border.
  4. Add the chopped smoked meat, scatter the melted cheese slices over the pizza, and scatter a few dollops of pickled cabbage.
  5. Season lightly with pepper.
  6. Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, or bake in a preheated 550°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, cook the fries until crispy.
  8. Once the pizza is out of the oven, place a generous mound of fries in the center and top with the pickle slices.
  9. Serve immediately.
