- 60 ml (1/4 cup) yellow mustard
- 250 ml (1 cup) smoked meat, coarsely chopped
- 4 slices of processed burger cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) pickled cabbage
- 250 ml (1 cup) crispy French fries
- 1 large dill pickle, quartered
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Remove the JG pizza dough from the refrigerator after it has rested for 24 hours and let it come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours on the counter.
- Roll out the dough into a disc.
- Spread the yellow mustard generously over the entire surface, leaving a small border.
- Add the chopped smoked meat, scatter the melted cheese slices over the pizza, and scatter a few dollops of pickled cabbage.
- Season lightly with pepper.
- Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, or bake in a preheated 550°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the fries until crispy.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, place a generous mound of fries in the center and top with the pickle slices.
- Serve immediately.
