Creamy peach popsicles

CREAMY PEACH POPSICLES

Portions : 6 to 8 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 ripe peaches, quartered
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) unsalted butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) corn syrup
  • 6 large marshmallows, cut into small pieces
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. In a hot frying pan, brown the peaches in a little butter for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
  2. In a blender, purée the peaches with the yogurt, salt and corn syrup.
  3. Once smooth, add the marshmallow pieces and blend.
  4. Pour into popsicle containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
