CREAMY PEACH POPSICLES
Portions : 6 to 8 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 ripe peaches, quartered
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) unsalted butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) vanilla or plain yogurt
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) corn syrup
- 6 large marshmallows, cut into small pieces
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- In a hot frying pan, brown the peaches in a little butter for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
- In a blender, purée the peaches with the yogurt, salt and corn syrup.
- Once smooth, add the marshmallow pieces and blend.
- Pour into popsicle containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
