Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of red wine
- 1 cup (250 ml) of cherry juice
- ½ cup (125 ml) of brandy
- 1 orange, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh blackberries
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 cup (250 ml) sparkling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, cherry juice, and brandy.
- Add the orange slices, cherries, blackberries, and rosemary sprigs. Stir gently.
- Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the sangria, and garnish with a few pieces of fruit from the pitcher.
