Grated carrot salad with raisins and yogurt dressing

Salade de carottes râpées, raisins secs et vinaigrette au yogourt

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, grated (about 2 cups)
  • 50 g (about 1/2 cup) raisins
  • 1 plain yogurt (about 120 ml)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated carrots with the raisins in a salad bowl.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the carrots, toss and serve.
