Ingredients
- 1 package of double-smoked pepper salmon (140g)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 125 ml (½ cup) cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- 60 ml (¼ cup) sliced black olives
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 handfuls of lettuce
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the avocado, tomatoes, and black olives.
- Add the double-smoked pepper-cured smoked salmon and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss to coat the ingredients.
- Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce.
