Ingredients
- 1 package (420 g) ginger and soy pork stew
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) rice vinegar
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) sesame oil
- 60 ml (¼ cup) water
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) spicy honey
- ½ cup croutons
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) spicy mayonnaise
- 250 ml (1 cup) lettuce
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and spicy honey.
- Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, then drain.
- Reheat the pork stew in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, add the croutons, olive oil, and cilantro, and mix well.
- Place the lettuce in a bowl, add the marinated vegetables and the cilantro croutons.
- Drizzle with spicy mayonnaise
