White Sangria with Peaches, Passion Fruit, and Ginger

Sangria blanche aux pêches, fruit de la passion et gingembre

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
  • 1 cup (250 ml) passion fruit juice
  • ½ cup (125 ml) peach liqueur
  • 2 peaches, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 passion fruits, halved
  • 1 lime, cut into thin slices
  • 1 2-inch (5 cm) piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) ginger ale
  • 2 cups ice cubes


Preparation

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, passion fruit juice, and peach liqueur.
  2. Add the peaches, passion fruit pulp, lime slices, and ginger. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Just before serving, add the ginger ale and stir gently.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the sangria, and garnish with a few pieces of fruit.
