Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
- 1 cup (250 ml) passion fruit juice
- ½ cup (125 ml) peach liqueur
- 2 peaches, cut into thin wedges
- 2 passion fruits, halved
- 1 lime, cut into thin slices
- 1 2-inch (5 cm) piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) ginger ale
- 2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, passion fruit juice, and peach liqueur.
- Add the peaches, passion fruit pulp, lime slices, and ginger. Stir to combine.
- Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, add the ginger ale and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the sangria, and garnish with a few pieces of fruit.
