Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
 - 1 red bell pepper, julienned
 - 60 ml (4 tbsp.) canola oil
 - 24 shrimp 31/40, shelled
 - 250 ml (1 cup) vegetable stock
 - 1 lemon, juice
 - 1 lime, juice
 - 60 ml (4 tbsp.) soy sauce
 - 30 mL (2 tbsp.) sugar
 - 60 ml (4 tbsp)sesame oil
 - 15 ml (1 tbsp) hot sauce (Sambal Oelek)
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 4 portions cooked egg noodles
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation
- In a hot skillet, sauté broccoli and peppers in canola oil for 2 minutes.
 - Add shrimp and continue cooking over high heat for 2 minutes.
 - Deglaze with broth, then add lemon and lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, hot sauce, garlic and reduce slightly.
 - Add the cooked noodles and check the seasoning.
