Peach Smooties

PEACH SMOOTIES

Output: 1 l (4 cups) - Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 10 California Cling peach halves (canned)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) white chia
  • 1 lime, zest
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) flax seeds
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) 2% milk
  • 310 ml (1 ¼ cups) coconut-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In a blender, blend the peaches, chia, zest and flaxseed. Gradually add the milk, then the yogurt, and finally the honey and salt. Enjoy chilled.
