PEACH SMOOTIES

Ingredients
- 10 California Cling peach halves (canned)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) white chia
- 1 lime, zest
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) flax seeds
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 2% milk
- 310 ml (1 ¼ cups) coconut-flavored Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey to taste
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
In a blender, blend the peaches, chia, zest and flaxseed. Gradually add the milk, then the yogurt, and finally the honey and salt. Enjoy chilled.
