Ingredients
- 2 cups (300 g) fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup (250 ml) pineapple chunks
- 1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk
- ½ cup (125 ml) sweetened coconut cream
- ½ cup (125 ml) white rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
- Place the strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk, coconut cream, white rum, and lime juice in the blender jar.
- Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, uniform, and icy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little coconut milk and blend again.
- Divide among 4 glasses and serve immediately.
