Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of rosé wine
- 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh strawberries
- ½ cup (125 ml) of vodka
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cups (300 g) watermelon, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, quartered
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup (250 ml) sparkling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
- Place 1 cup of strawberries, the vodka, and the lime juice in the blender jar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and add the rosé wine.
- Add the watermelon cubes, quartered strawberries, and basil leaves. Stir gently.
- Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the sangria, and garnish with a few pieces of fruit from the pitcher.
