CHERRY TOMATOES AND SMOKED SALMON TARTINE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 lemon, zest
- 2 thyme sprigs, leaves removed
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices smoked salmon, cut in 2
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine oil, lemon zest, thyme, honey, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
- On a work surface, cut puff pastry into 2" x 2" squares.
- On an ovenproof baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, arrange the pastry squares.
- On each square, place a piece of smoked salmon, then a tomato and sprinkle with a little of the prepared mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
