Nutella and cranberry breakfast twist

Torsade déjeuner au Nutella canneberge

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of pure butter puff pastry
  • 6 to 8 tablespoons of Nutella
  • 1 cup of dried and chopped cranberries
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. Roll out the dough on a cutting board.
  3. Spread the Nutella on the puff pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the cranberries evenly over the top.
  5. Fold half of the dough over itself.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Using a knife, cut the dough into equal-sized sticks about 1" thick.
  8. Take each strip and twist it slightly.
  9. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy warm.
