Artichoke dip

ARTICHOKE DIP

Output : 750 ml (3 cups) - Preparation : 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) artichokes in oil
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Mozzarella cheese
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) onion powder
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Check seasoning.
