Smoked salmon pastrami and chive omelette

Omelette au saumon fumé pastrami et ciboulette

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, finely chopped salmon and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour over the egg mixture.
  4. Cook over medium heat until the omelette is set.
  5. At the end of cooking, add the fresh chives before folding the omelette and serve immediately.
