Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, grated
- 5 radishes, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
For the dressing
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp (75 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix vegetables in a large salad bowl.
- In a bowl, mix mustard, honey and vinegar.
- Whisk in olive oil, season.
- Drizzle dressing over salad, toss and serve.
