A very simple recipe, which would be perfect for a snack!
Ingredients (for 16 servings)
- 200g of quality dark chocolate
- 100 g of unsalted butter
- 200 g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 heaped teaspoons of cornstarch
- 80 g of crushed and roasted hazelnuts
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Add the sugar, then the eggs one by one. Mix with a whisk.
- Add the sifted cornstarch and mix. Finish by adding the hazelnuts.
- Butter and flour a square mold and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
- Unmold and wait until the brownie is cool before cutting it.
- Sprinkle with a little icing sugar before serving.
