Gluten-free hazelnut brownie

A very simple recipe, which would be perfect for a snack!

Ingredients (for 16 servings)

  • 200g of quality dark chocolate
  • 100 g of unsalted butter
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 heaped teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 80 g of crushed and roasted hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  3. Add the sugar, then the eggs one by one. Mix with a whisk.
  4. Add the sifted cornstarch and mix. Finish by adding the hazelnuts.
  5. Butter and flour a square mold and pour the mixture into it.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. Unmold and wait until the brownie is cool before cutting it.
  8. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar before serving.
