Mini-pizzas d'Halloween

Servings : 8 mini-pizzas

Preparation time : 25 minutes

Cooking time : 8 to 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) tomato sauce
  • 250 ml (1 cup) grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 6 medium white mushrooms
  • A few black olives
  • 1 slice of cheddar or marble cheese
  • A little flour to roll out the dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Herbal oil

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) white balsamic vinegar
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 290°C (550°F) or to the highest possible oven temperature.
  2. To prepare the herb oil: in a small container, add the parsley, garlic, white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and puree using the hand blender until smooth.
  3. On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough very thinly, then cut out circles of about 10cm (4in) using a cookie cutter.
  4. Place the circles of pasta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  5. Brush each circle with a little herb oil.
  6. Next, add the cold tomato sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheese, according to taste.
  7. Cut the mushrooms in half.
  8. Using the tip of a knife, carve the half-mushrooms to form small skulls: two eyes, a nose and striations in the stem for the mouth.
  9. Place the skulls on each mini pizza.
  10. For a change, make small spiders with chopped black olives or cut Halloween shapes (pumpkin, ghost, etc.) out of a slice of cheese to place on top.
  11. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crispy.
  12. Serve hot and have fun decorating them before enjoying!
