Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookies are so good... It's a shame to miss out! A classic that never goes out of style.

Ingredients for 15 cookies

  • 175 g of flour
  • 175 g brown sugar
  • 125g crunchy peanut butter
  • 125 g of soft unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 15 Reese's cups, cut into quarters

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment (flat beater), mix the butter with the brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter, flour, baking powder, and egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop, take 15 balls and spread them on one or two baking sheets lined with baking paper, without flattening them.
  5. Add 4 Reese's Pieces per cookie.
  6. Place in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. Let stand for a few moments before removing them from the baking sheets, otherwise the still-hot cookies may crumble. Let cool on a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy them warm, they will be delicious!
