Peanut butter cookies are so good... It's a shame to miss out! A classic that never goes out of style.
Ingredients for 15 cookies
- 175 g of flour
- 175 g brown sugar
- 125g crunchy peanut butter
- 125 g of soft unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 15 Reese's cups, cut into quarters
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment (flat beater), mix the butter with the brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, flour, baking powder, and egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Using an ice cream scoop, take 15 balls and spread them on one or two baking sheets lined with baking paper, without flattening them.
- Add 4 Reese's Pieces per cookie.
- Place in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Let stand for a few moments before removing them from the baking sheets, otherwise the still-hot cookies may crumble. Let cool on a wire rack.
- Enjoy them warm, they will be delicious!
