Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of almond powder
- 50 g caster sugar
- 50 g butter
- 4 ripe yellow nectarines, cut into cubes
- 1 box of blackberries
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, almond flour, and butter cut into small pieces. Mix everything together by hand, forming a crumbly dough (take the ingredients between your two hands and rub them together so that the butter blends in perfectly and you get a crumbly texture).
- Arrange the nectarines and blackberries in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture over the entire surface.
- Bake for about 30 minutes. The crumble should be golden brown.
- Let cool before serving. It will be perfect with vanilla ice cream.
