Yellow Nectarine and Blackberry Crumble

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 50 g of flour
  • 50 g of almond powder
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 ripe yellow nectarines, cut into cubes
  • 1 box of blackberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, almond flour, and butter cut into small pieces. Mix everything together by hand, forming a crumbly dough (take the ingredients between your two hands and rub them together so that the butter blends in perfectly and you get a crumbly texture).
  3. Arrange the nectarines and blackberries in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture over the entire surface.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes. The crumble should be golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving. It will be perfect with vanilla ice cream.
