Ingredients
- 2 refrigerated (or thawed) lasagna fillets
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) panko breadcrumbs
- Sauce of your choice (pesto, arrabiata or creamy sauce)
- Grated Parmesan or grated mozzarella, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Cut the lasagna cubes into individual portions.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil.
- Place the lasagna pieces in the pan and brown on all sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side, until heated through.
- Sprinkle each side with panko breadcrumbs, carefully turn over and grill for another 1 minute on each side, until crispy.
- Place on a plate, season with salt and pepper, cover with the chosen sauce, then sprinkle with grated parmesan or mozzarella.
