Crispy lasagna

Lasagne croustillante

Ingredients

  • 2 refrigerated (or thawed) lasagna fillets
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) panko breadcrumbs
  • Sauce of your choice (pesto, arrabiata or creamy sauce)
  • Grated Parmesan or grated mozzarella, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the lasagna cubes into individual portions.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil.
  3. Place the lasagna pieces in the pan and brown on all sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side, until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle each side with panko breadcrumbs, carefully turn over and grill for another 1 minute on each side, until crispy.
  5. Place on a plate, season with salt and pepper, cover with the chosen sauce, then sprinkle with grated parmesan or mozzarella.
