It seems like summer is already well and truly here in Montreal!
So, a nice cold cocktail sounds great, but very often, alcohol doesn't go well with the heat... So it's time to try this mocktail.
Servings: for 1 glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz of non-alcoholic gin
 - 1 oz raspberry syrup
 - 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 1 head of mint
 - 1 lemon zest
 - 2 oz of tonic water
 - ice cream
 
Preparation
- In the shaker, put the non-alcoholic gin, raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
 - Fill the shaker 3/4 full with ice and shake for 8 to 10 seconds.
 - Fill a glass three-quarters full with ice, pour the contents of the shaker over the glass, and top up with tonic water. Using a cocktail spoon, stir gently.
 - Add a sprig of mint and squeeze the lemon zest over the glass before adding it to the glass.
 
Enjoy without delay!
