VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 avocados, ripe, sliced
 - 125 ml (1/2 cup) Barry cocoa powder
 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
 - 6 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
 - 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) powdered cinnamon
 - 5 ml (1 tsp.) bitter almond extract
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation
- In a food processor or hand blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
 - Refrigerate before serving.
