Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
 - 120 ml (8 tablespoons) homemade mayonnaise
 - 8 basil leaves
 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Garnish
- A few parsley leaves
 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
 
Preparation
- Halve the hard-boiled eggs, separating the yolks from the whites.
 - Puree the basil leaves.
 - In a bowl, using a fork, crumble the egg yolks.
 - Add egg yolks, chilli, basil, salt and pepper to mayonnaise. Check seasoning.
 - Fill a pastry bag with the prepared mixture.
 - Fill each egg white with the mixture and decorate the top with parsley and bell pepper.
